We also have a sliding fee scale for those with no insurance. Your nominal fee will be base on your income and may be as little as $16 for a visit!

Is your barrier that you cannot afford care? We have a sliding fee scale for those with no insurance and for those with very high deductibles, or the “underinsured”. Our sliding fee scale for medical services starts at $16 per visit. SFS qualification is based solely on income and family size, not on insurance status.
Our Outreach and Enrollment Team will help patients apply for Medicaid!

Delta Pharmacy: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM M-F and 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday
