In some cases, you may qualify for no cost vaccines, contact the office for more information and see if you qualify. In conjunction with other local providers and pharmacies, we aim to provide access to vaccines for all and are excided to extend this service to our community!

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in and receive a vaccine?

You must have an appointment. This is to ensure that we have the vaccine needed in stock, as well as all the required information.

Do we have to be a patient at River Valley to receive vaccines?

No, you do not, but we would love to have you as our patient.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
    1. For a child- you must bring a copy of their most recent Well Child Check with the vaccines needed listed in the providers note. Date of visit must be within the last 12 months.
    2. For an adult– you must bring a copy of your most recent Adult Annual Wellness Visit/ Annual Physical with the vaccines needed listed in the providers note. The date of the visit must be within the last 12 months.
    3. If you or your child does not have a primary care provider and has not had a physical in the last year, please call River Valley to establish care with one of our amazing providers, then we can administer your vaccines at that appointment.
