Our sliding fee scale for medical services starts at $16 per visit. SFS qualification is based solely on income and family size, not on insurance status.

Montrose Pharmacy: 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F and 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday
Delta Pharmacy: 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F and 10:00am – 2:00pm Sunday
